Joe Silva is a 1991 graduate of Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA. He was in the Health and Medical Sales industry for 25 years as a top-ranking Sales Consultant and then a high-level Sales Executive for Dynasplint Systems, INC. In 2016, he started a consulting business, Joe Anthony Silva Consulting, LLC; a multi-dimensional agency assisting clients across a broad spectrum in both the business and entertainment industries. Joe has been serving with Legacy Minded Men since its inception in 2008 and is currently a Board Member and Vice President of the ministry. He is a Certified Life Coach and has a heart and desire to help people create a life of purpose and fulfilment. Joe was married to his beautiful wife Marianne for 29 years before her sudden, unexpected passing in August of 2021. They have three adult children, Holly, Ashley & Joey. Joe and his family reside in Wayne, NJ.

Craig is a devoted follower of Christ and has been a key part of Legacy Minded Men since 2020. He's passionate about becoming a pastor and is actively involved in evangelism and men's ministry. His dedication to his family is immediately noticeable. Craig is known for his ability to accomplish tasks and his eagerness to encourage men to take on more active roles. He and his wife Alexis have three sons and are expecting another child.

Tom is married to his wife Jean and has been married for over 35 years. Tom is the father of two children, Tommy and Georgeanne, and grandfather of 4 grandchildren. He worked for the privately held textile company, Milliken & Company, for over 41 years before retiring in Arizona in 2018. He was on the Board of Legacy Minded Men prior to transferring to Arizona with Milliken in 2016. He served in several churches and other ministries as well. Tom’s hobbies include golfing and playing card games with friends.

Lee graduated from the University of Colorado where he played for Coach Bill McCartney. Lee was the 4th all-time leading rusher at Colorado from 1980 - 84. Lee was a key factor in turning the Colorado program around to become a National Champion. Lee was drafted by the New York Giants and played under Bill Parcells for six years and won two Super Bowl rings while he played for the Giants. Lee's Professional football career was brought to an end as a result of ankle injury. His final year in the NFL was as a starting Full Back and Tight End with the Cleveland Browns under Coach Bill Belichick. Lee serves as Northern Jersey State Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Pro Speaker for Sports World Ministries, and Associate Pastor for New Horizon Community Church in Harlem, New York. Lee works tirelessly throughout the community encouraging everyone from the youth to the elderly with the message of Hope. Lee and his wife, Lisa, have 4 children.

Matthew Currin is a man whose career spans across military service, aviation, and entrepreneurship. As a retired Marine Corps Helicopter Pilot and former helicopter EMS Pilot, he has demonstrated leadership and commitment in high-stakes environments. Matthew led a lot of the initial missions in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan in 2001-2002 for our country. Currently, he brings his expertise to the world of NASCAR/Indy as a pilot for Team Penske flying their helicopter and G280. Beyond his aviation accomplishments, Matthew is the founder and president of Convene Communities, LLC, which includes platforms like MatthewCurrin.com and the Convene Communities Platform, dedicated to mentoring and professional development. His diverse experiences make him a sought-after speaker, trainer, and life coach, inspiring individuals and teams to achieve their fullest potential. Matthew holds a master's degree in Christian Counseling from Liberty University. He and his wife Tisha of 29 years have three kids, Brayden (27), Meghan (24), and Leney (20).

Doug received Christ as his personal Savior in 1974 at the age of 9. In 1978, at the age of 14, Doug received the call of God on his life and began to seriously use his musical and acting abilities for the Lord. He attended Clayton Junior College, where he majored in Music Theater with an emphasis on vocal performance. He completed his college education at Florida Bible College with a Biblical Education major and a minor in Biblical Counseling. Doug is no stranger to the stage and screen as he has appeared on many television and radio shows as well as in movies and live theater since 1978. Doug is the Sr. Director of Make It Clear Studio, a faith-based, family-friendly film production company. He is the host of a TV series called “Issues and Answers for Today,” where they provide Bible answers for today’s tough questions. He also writes and produces a series of short films which target our young students and lets them know what the Bible has to say about the issues they deal with. Doug believes film is a powerful avenue to reach our young people with the truth of God’s Word. His heartbeat is to use filmmaking as a tool for sharing the message of Jesus Christ and to make the viewers think about where they stand concerning the subject of his films. Doug and his wife, Amy, currently reside on a small farm in Musella, GA, with one of their seven children.

Tom was employed at Genentech Inc. for nearly 25 years. While at Genentech, he served in a variety of senior leadership roles focused on managed care, distribution and reimbursement for their biologic portfolio. After the completion of the company’s merger with Roche in 2010, he decided to pursue other interests. Tom is now evaluating different consulting opportunities, while at the same time increasing his participation in a variety of Christ-centered ministries that he is involved with. He has been happily married to his wife Cheryl for 26 years and is the proud father of their daughter, Alyssa and son, Andrew. Their family resides in Mahwah, NJ.

A 30-year Morris County resident, Ron Aiosa, a Power Broker with Keller Williams offers extensive knowledge of local communities to buyers and sellers throughout Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic and Sussex counties. On a personal level, Ron is a husband to his beautiful wife Laurie for 20 years and father to 3 amazing children, Ronnie, Kali and Domonic as of 2017. Ron is involved with an organization called Cities4Life which is a voice for the unborn. His passion along with his wife Laurie is to visit abortion clinics and deliver the gospel to those coming and going to those facilities. Ron has always had a heart for people and his passion is to see ALL come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ!

David Ruleman has been involved in the marketplace, media and ministry for more than 50 years. He moved from on air talent into partial ownership of a group of radio stations for 13 years before joining Salem Media Group in 1986 and putting KPRZ on the air in San Diego. From 1992 as Salem Vice President of Operations in Washington DC he had oversight of the startup of dozens radio stations and XM channels and the daily operations of major market clusters of stations in the North East until he retired in 2017. Since 1984 Ruleman has served as President of Overflowing Life Inc. starting and sustaining national and international ministries. He remains active in ministry and serves as an officer and director for other organizations. David and Tracy Ruleman have been married for 52 years. They have 5 sons and daughters, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren in San Diego, Washington DC and near their new home town of Vero Beach, Florida.

Morgan is a Wealth Advisor & Consultant. He has and continues to provide solutions for people to achieve their personal, professional and financial goals. Morgan holds various leadership positions such as board member of Legacy Minded Men, public speaker, an ordained minister, and mentors inner-city youth through Football. He has an unparalleled passion for sharing God's love with those in his circle of influence. Morgan earned his B.S. from Montclair State University and his CRPC® (Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor) designation from The College for Financial Planning, he is actively working on his CFP® (Certified Financial Planner) designation. He and his wife, Jacqueline, have two children and a heart to serve people.

Eric Butler serves as Senior Pastor of Christian International Church in Lincoln Park, NJ, a strong, growing, multi-racial, and non-denominational congregation. Pastor Butler is an impacting voice in the Northeast region, the United States, and the nations of the world serving as a prophetic presbyter with apostolic teams. He is used as a vessel as the word of the Lord, through him, has birthed new churches, restored existing ones, and brought many to salvation. He is also recognized for his fiery preaching, revelatory teaching, and prophetic ministry through the Song of the Lord and the Spoken Word. Rev. Dr. Jim Henry is one of the founding members of Legacy Minded Men. Jim was saved in July 1972 and began in ministry September of that year. He is a native of Worcester, MA and has been in New Jersey since 1978. Jim is the Founder and President of James Henry Counseling and The Life Givers Network® which is his passion. He was the Area Director for The 700 Club for 7 years, has been a Pastor, planted a church, served a short term mission in Indonesia, has taught at Alliance Graduate School of Counseling, and has spoken at various churches and seminars. Jim’s ministry through Life Givers has already reached into 29 states and several foreign countries. Jim is married to Judy and between them they have 6 children and 7 grandchildren.

Pastor Harrison Sanchez is part of 4 generations of Pastors. His calling to preach and pastor has been prophesied and confirmed time and time again over his life. Carlos Quijada is a loving husband, devoted father of one boy, Christian Pastor, and versatile mental health professional and clinical counselor, who is passionate about helping people with their mental and spiritual needs. He is actively involved with Legacy Minded Men as a link for the Spanish-speaking population, and sharing in this ministry’s mission to engage, encourage, and equip men to build a Christ-centered legacy. Pastor Carlos presently resides in San Antonio, TX, with his wife Darlene, and their son Samuel David.

Mike Palombi is Founder and CEO of Prisoner of Hope Ministries, Inc., a non-profit organization created to impact the lives of men and women serving time in prison through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Mike is an ex-offender whose time in prison led to a supernatural encounter with Jesus Christ, where he heard the audible voice of God ask him, "How's it feel, tough guy?!" Those words became the title of his award winning memoir, "How's It Feel, Tough Guy?: From Prisoner of Pride to Prisoner of Hope" which is in hundreds of prisons across America. Mike and his wife, Heidi, have been ministering together in prisons and recovery centers since 2013. Mike and Heidi have 3 grown children and 4 grandchildren. They reside in Manchester, New Jersey and are leaders at El Bethel International Ministries Church in Port Jervis, NY.

Texas native Erskin Anavitarte is a dynamic Singer-Songwriter, Diversity Spokesman, and Adoption Advocate based in Nashville, TN. Alongside his wife Kelli and their two children, Erskin is passionate about supporting orphaned, abandoned, and vulnerable people through their work with non-profit organizations including Holt International, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Life Action, Project Connect Nashville, and Justice Circle Nashville. In addition to his musical talents and social activism, Erskin is also a skilled Co-Producer.

Rob is the President and Founder of Resolute Men Ministries. Resolute Men’s mission is to be intentional in building relationships with men in order to effectively disciple them. Rob organizes and leads men’s conferences and workshops to help deepen and strengthen relationships with men of faith. Rob is the creator and developer of the R12 “activating a life of authentic character” workbook curriculum. Rob has been leading men’s ministry groups for 15 years. He was the founder of Training Camp Men’s Ministries which held yearly conferences that included NFL chaplains and former players to reach men through the interest of football. He has a bachelor of Church Ministry Degree from The Sure Foundational Theological Institute in Seminole FL. He has a heart to see men fulfill their God-given responsibilities and develop relationships with a band of brothers within the local community.

Juan Garcia holds a B.A. in Psychology & Christian Counseling with a concentration in Family Therapy. He also obtained a Master’s in Clinical Pastoral Counseling and is licensed with the National Christian Counselors Association. Juan has been ordained in the ministry since 2005. He has served as an Asst. Pastor (Wayne, NJ) Church Planter (Newark, NJ) and Church Revitalizer (Washington Heights, NY) for over 15 years. Juan most recently served as a Certified Teacher for the School of Prayer out of Christ Church USA with Dr. David Ireland, Lead Pastor. Juan has been married to Deborah since 1996 and together, they have 2 children: Jordan (22) and Hannah (15) and resides in NJ.
